Using the web browser to log workouts

Prefer to work out from your laptop or desktop? You can absolutely follow your workout plan and log your sessions using the browser version of the platform.

This is especially helpful if you like a bigger screen, want to preview videos with more detail, or need to print something from your plan.

Once you’re logged in through the browser, you’ll be able to view your full plan, check off your workouts, and watch the video demonstrations just like you would in the app — only with more screen space.
