Monthly Training Programs
As a BroadsCLUB member, you’ll have access to structured monthly training programs with weekly progressions designed to keep your workouts fun, challenging, and effective.
Each week, you’ll receive 5 workouts (2 are optional), with a focus on one or more of the following: Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Full Body Strength, Full Body Conditioning, and Mobility.
Every weekly plan is offered in two formats—Gym and Home—with the option to choose between a 30-minute or 60-minute version.
Our training blocks rotate monthly to keep things fresh while following a consistent structure that supports progressive strength and long-term results. We’re all about keeping your workouts enjoyable and sustainable!
One-Off Workouts
In addition to the BroadsCLUB programming, your subscription includes access to standalone workouts and focused training options including: bodyweight workouts you can do anywhere, mobility workouts to increase your range of motion, and conditioning if you want to get your heart rate up.

We offer self-paced programs that you can start and complete anytime. Simply add them to your calendar with the start date of your choice and work through them on your own schedule. Whether you’re looking for a 12-week beginner home plan using just bands and dumbbells, or ready to level up with a 13-week strength and conditioning program, there’s something for you to jump into when the time is right!

Absolutely! You can create your own workouts anytime using our built-in exercise library, which includes over 1,800 movements. Whether you’re looking to add variety, focus on a specific muscle group, or build a custom routine, it’s easy to design your own workout directly in the app.

Absolutely! While you’re in a workout, you can fully customize it to fit your needs. You can rearrange the order of exercises, substitute movements, add new ones in, or delete any that don’t work for you. It’s all about making the workout work for you and your body.

Our training programs follow a monthly progression, and each training week is organized from Monday to Sunday. You can view past and upcoming workouts at any time in the app, so you can plan ahead or catch up whenever it works for your schedule.

BroadsCLUB follows a monthly training plan with weekly progressions—so you’re not just working out, you’re actually building strength over time. Each week includes 5 workouts: typically one upper body, one lower body, two full body, and one focused on core and mobility.
It’s designed to be flexible:
Training 3x/week? Hit upper, lower, and full body.
Want 4? Double up on full body.
Going all in at 5? Add the mobility and core day for recovery and stability.
You’ll also have access to extra one-off workouts you can plug in whenever you want a little variety.

Broads offers both Home and Gym training options to meet you where you are.
For Home workouts, we recommend having:
Dumbbells (5–30 lbs)
Resistance bands
A bench or box

We also offer a variety of evergreen, one-off workouts that require only bodyweight or minimal equipment, perfect for travel or low-equipment days. And if you’re just getting started, we have a Beginner Plan designed to ease you in with simple, effective movements you can do from anywhere.

You’ll be able to choose between 30-minute or 60-minute options within each workout on the BroadsCLUB program—so you can train based on your schedule without missing out on progress! We have some bodyweight, conditioning, and mobility workouts that are around 30 minutes or under.

No problem at all! You can skip around within your workout using the forward and back arrows, and you can easily shift the workout in your calendar to a different day—it’s super flexible!

Absolutely—you can 100% do this. That’s exactly why we created the 13-week beginner plan: minimal equipment, shorter workouts (around 30 minutes), and a clear path to progress without feeling overwhelmed. You can also follow the BroadsClub Home calendar—it’s all minimal equipment too and designed to help you build consistency at home.

Yes! Each exercise includes a GIF demonstration and written instructions so you know exactly what to do. You’ll also see the primary muscle groups worked for each movement. Plus, our in-depth resource section breaks down every major compound lift to help you build confidence and proper form.

Due to the digital nature of the Broads App and immediate access to materials, no refunds are offered, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. All memberships begin with a free 7-day trial, giving you time to explore the app and decide if it’s a good fit. You can cancel at any time before your 7-day trial ends to avoid being charged.
