How to edit your workout calendar
Need to shift your workouts around? Whether you’re adjusting a few days or making bigger changes, you’ve got options. Here’s how to manage your calendar inside the app.

Option 1: Change your workout and rest days
1. Tap Plans in the app
2. Tap Following, then select the plan you want to update
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Pause or Edit Plan
4. Tap Follow Recommended Schedule
5. Select your preferred training days—any days you don’t select will automatically become rest days
6. Tap Continue, then Save
Option 2: Move a workout to a different day
1. Go to your Calendar in the app
2. Tap the three dots next to the workout you want to move, then select Move
3. Pick the new date and tap Confirm
