Want to print your workouts? We’ve got you covered.

If you prefer having a physical copy of your workouts or just like checking things off with a pen, here’s how to print your plan from the desktop version of the platform:

1. Go to the Workout Platform on your computer.

2. Click your profile image in the top right corner and select “My Stuff.”

3. On the “My Workout Plans” page, choose the plan you’d like to print.

4. You’ll see two print options:

  • Print Entire Plan” – includes all workouts along with exercise notes

  • Print Daily Summary” – a shorter, more streamlined view

Note: If you choose to print the entire plan, it will include all default notes, so feel free to print only the pages you need to keep it simple.

At this time, printing is only available from a computer — the mobile app doesn’t support it yet.
