How to start a workout plan
This guide will walk you through how to start a workout plan and add it to your calendar. You can also choose a custom start date if you’re picking up from a different week or resuming after a break.
To start following a plan:
1. Open the app and tap the Plans tab.
2. Select the workout plan you’d like to begin.
3. Tap the Start Plan button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to get set up.
If you want to adjust your training schedule:
Tap the Customize option
Select which days you’d like as your training days
Deselect the days you’d like to rest
To start on a specific week and day:
Want to pick up from a specific point in the plan (instead of starting from Week 1, Day 1)?
1. Tap the First Workout section during setup.
2. Select the Week and Day you want to start from.
3. Your selection will update in the summary before you confirm.
Tip: If you’re resuming a plan and don’t remember your last completed workout, log in via the web browser, go to your calendar, and click on the last workout you completed. You’ll see which week and day it was listed under.
You’re good to go! Once started, your workouts will appear on your calendar and can be adjusted as needed. Take up space and stay consistent—your plan is waiting for you.
