Home or Gym? You get to choose.

Inside BroadsCLUB, you’ll find two separate calendars—one for Gym and one for Home. You can follow one, switch between them, or mix and match based on your week.

The Gym calendar is built for full gym access. Think squat racks, cable machines, cardio equipment—all of it.

The Home calendar is designed with minimal equipment in mind. You’ll need dumbbells, a bench or sturdy surface, resistance bands, and a few small tools like sliders or a mini band.

Here’s the best part:

No matter which track you’re on, every single exercise has alternate options.

When you view a workout, you’ll see the default version (based on the calendar you’re following).

But when you start logging a workout, you’ll unlock a dropdown under each movement where you can select alternate exercises—perfect if you’re limited on equipment or want to sub in a different variation.

We walk through how to do this in the “How to Start Your Plan and Log a Workout” video, but if you’re ever unsure, just start the workout and explore the dropdowns.

This setup gives you full flexibility—train hard, move well, and stay consistent, no matter where you are.
