How to fix a network error

Running into a network error? We know how annoying that can be—but it’s usually a quick fix. Here are a few steps that typically resolve the issue:

1. Swipe out and restart the app

Sometimes a quick refresh is all it takes. Fully close the app, then reopen it to reset your connection.

2. Log out and back in

If restarting doesn’t help, log out of your account and log back in. This often clears up temporary connection issues.

3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

Still stuck? Deleting and reinstalling the app is a solid next step to reset things completely.
