How to add a workout to your calendar

Want to mix things up? You can easily add a single workout from our collections tab (bodyweight, mobility, or conditioning) to your calendar — even if you’re not currently following that plan.

Here’s how to do it from the app:

1. Open the app and tap the Programs icon at the bottom of your screen.

2. Find the plan with the workout you want to add and tap it to open.

3. Go to the Workouts tab.

4. If the workout lives in a different week, tap the week number to navigate.

5. Tap on the workout you want to add.

6. Tap “Copy workout to calendar” at the bottom of the screen.

7. Tap the date to choose when you want it to appear on your calendar.

8. Tap “Copy” to finalize it — the workout will be added to your calendar on the date you selected.
