How to stop following a workout plan (remove from calendar)
Need to remove a plan from your calendar? Whether you’re switching it up or simply resetting your schedule, here’s how to stop following a plan. This will remove any workouts you haven’t completed—but don’t worry, anything you’ve already logged will stay saved.
To remove a plan from your calendar:
1. Open the Plans tab in the app.
2. Tap “Following” and select the plan you’d like to remove.
3. Scroll down and tap “Pause or Edit” at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select “Stop” to remove it from your calendar.
