How to create your own workout

1. Tap the Workouts button at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select Custom Workout to start building your own session.

3. Tap the plus (+) icon to browse our full exercise library.

4. Choose your exercises, then hit Done to add them to your workout.

5. Tap on each exercise to set your reps and sets—or build the whole workout first, then customize as you go.

6. When you're ready, hit Start to begin your workout.

You can pause the timer at any time and rearrange exercises if you need to switch things up.
