Due to the digital nature of our services and the instant access granted at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a workout plan, course, challenge, or membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We encourage you to read all plan details carefully and reach out to our team with any questions before purchasing.

Membership cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting your Account Settings in the app. If you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access for the remainder of your current billing period.

  • Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Please ensure cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid renewal.

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
