How to reset your password

Need to reset your password? No problem—whether you’re in the app or using the web version, we’ve got you.

If you’re already logged into the app:

1. Tap the circle icon in the upper right corner of the home screen.

2. Then tap the profile icon with the pencil.

3. Scroll to the bottom and select Reset Password.

4. You’ll get an email with a reset link—just follow the prompts from there.

Heads up: If you’re logged into your browser under a different email, double check that you’re updating the right account.

If you forgot your password and can’t log in:

1. On the app login screen, enter your email.

2. Tap Forgot Password?

3. Check your email for the reset link and follow the instructions.

Prefer to use the web browser?

1. Visit our login page: https://team.broads.app/

2. Click Forgot Password?

3. Enter your email and check your inbox for the reset link.
