BroadsCLUB
BroadsCLUB is the signature strength and mobility training program inside the Broads App. Built to be done 3–5 times per week, BroadsCLUB is designed for the woman who wants to get strong, stay mobile, and feel damn good in her body all year round. Every workout comes with a 30-minute and 60-minute version, so it fits your schedule—no matter how full life gets.
Broad Foundations
Broad Foundations is your beginner pathway into strength. It’s the program for the woman who’s ready to stop starting over, drop the confusion, and finally build a fitness foundation that lasts. You’ll train entirely from home using just your bodyweight—and you’ll feel supported the whole way through.
Athletic Broad
Athletic Broad is for the woman who still feels the fire of her inner athlete—and is ready to train like one.
This isn’t your average gym program. It’s for the former athletes, the competitors, the go-getters who crave performance just as much as they crave strength. In this first phase, we’re building a base of raw power, explosive conditioning, and resilient mobility.
Every workout is designed for the gym—with substitutions included for every movement. Whether you’re coming back to strength training or pushing to your next level, this program brings out the version of you that’s strong, agile, mobile, and confident.
How do the BroadsCLUB weekly workouts work?
BroadsCLUB follows a monthly training plan with weekly progressions—so you’re not just working out, you’re actually building strength over time. Each week includes 5 workouts: one upper body, one lower body, two full body, and one focused on core and mobility.
It’s designed to be flexible:
Training 3x/week? Hit upper, lower, and full body.
Want 4? Double up on full body.
Going all in at 5? Add the mobility and core day for recovery and stability.
You’ll also have access to extra bonus workouts you can plug in whenever you want a little variety.
Can I combine BroadsCLUB with other programs?
We don’t recommend combining multiple strength programs at once. But if you want to add a little something extra, go for it in the Collections tab on the Broads App:
