I truly have never felt more confident in the gym with my strength and being able to take up space. Having a program I can rely on makes a world of a difference in my confidence - I feel like I belong there and I am capable of whatever is on my workout that day.
I was feeling a little aimless at the gym and fearful of injuring myself. Working with Tara has given me structure, accountability, and feedback that has helped me feel more confident in my movement practice. Can’t wait to keep getting stronger and more confident!
