Position: High-Ticket Sales Closer

We are hiring a High-Ticket Sales Closer to take over our 45–60 minute sales calls and help lead qualified women into our coaching program.
This is not a passive sales role.
Your job is to:
deeply understand the client
lead a powerful conversation
and guide her to a clear decision
You will be taking sales calls off the founder’s plate and stepping into a key revenue-driving role inside the company.
You’ll work closely with our DM setters and founder to ensure a seamless, aligned experience from first message to enrollment.
About Broads
Conduct 45–60 minute sales calls with warm, qualified leads
Follow a proven sales framework while keeping conversations natural and human
Build trust quickly and lead emotionally intelligent conversations
Identify gaps between where the client is and where she wants to be
Confidently guide prospects to a decision on the call when aligned
Handle objections with clarity, empathy, and leadership
Maintain detailed notes and track outcomes from each call
Collaborate with the founder to improve messaging, conversion, and process
Represent the Broads brand with confidence, integrity, and professionalism
The Role
This role is about leading conversations, not just having them.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role includes a base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
Compensation
Flexible schedule based on call bookings
Must be available for scheduled sales calls (including some evenings)
Ability to handle 5–20 calls per week depending on volume
Must be located within U.S. time zones

Who You Are
Experience in high-ticket sales (preferred)
Experience handling objections and guiding decisions
Comfortable working with performance-based compensation
Experience
Bonus If You Have
Experience selling coaching, fitness, or service-based offers
Experience with women-focused or transformation-based programs
Background in fitness, coaching, or personal development
Familiarity with remote sales environments
