Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience closing $2,000+ offers

  • Must have personally run and closed sales calls (not just setting or shadowing)

  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding decisions live on calls

The Role

We are hiring a High-Ticket Sales Closer to take over our 45–60 minute sales calls and help lead qualified women into our coaching program. This role will begin with a small number of calls and progress to full-time as you build capacity to take on more. Expect growth in the position if you're a fit for the role. 

This is not a passive sales role.

Your job is to:

  • deeply understand the client

  • lead a powerful conversation

  • guide her to a clear decision

You will be stepping into a key revenue-driving role inside the company and working closely with the founder and DM team to improve conversions and scale growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct 45–60 minute sales calls with warm, qualified leads

  • Follow a proven sales framework while keeping conversations natural and human

  • Build trust quickly and lead emotionally intelligent conversations

  • Identify gaps between where the client is and where she wants to be

  • Confidently guide prospects to a decision on the call when aligned

  • Handle objections with clarity, empathy, and leadership

  • Maintain detailed notes and track outcomes from each call

  • Collaborate with the founder to improve messaging and conversion

  • Support light follow-up and pipeline conversion as needed

How This Role Evolves

This role is designed to grow.

Right now:

  • ~15–25 calls/month

  • ~5–10 hours/week

As we scale:

  • Increased call volume

  • Higher earning potential

  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time closer role

We are actively working to expand lead flow, and this position will grow alongside it.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with clear earning potential today and strong upside as we scale.

Base + commission structure

Current Earnings (Based on Existing Volume)

  • Current call volume: ~20-30 calls/month

  • Expected earnings: $3,000–$5,000/month, depending on performance

This role is part-time to start (~5–10 hours/week).

Growth & Upside

We are actively increasing lead flow and sales volume.

As volume grows, this role is designed to expand into:

  • a full-time opportunity

  • higher monthly earnings ($6k–$10k+)

  • increased earning potential tied to performance

Earnings are directly tied to:

  • call volume

  • conversion rate

  • ability to lead strong sales conversations

We are looking for someone excited by growth, not just immediate volume.

Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible schedule based on call bookings

  • Must be available for scheduled sales calls (including some evenings)

  • Current workload: ~5–10 hours/week

  • Must be located within U.S. time zones

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of high-ticket sales experience ($2k+ offers)

  • Experience handling objections and guiding decisions

  • Comfortable working in a performance-based role

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience selling coaching, fitness, or service-based offers

  • Experience with women-focused or transformation-based programs

  • Background in fitness, coaching, or personal development

  • Familiarity with remote sales environments
