Taylor McGee

Taylor (she/her) is a personal trainer and online coach based in Philadelphia, here to help women become the strongest, most confident version of themselves. But she wasn’t always into health and fitness.

She grew up dancing from age 3 through college, but never played sports or felt particularly athletic. She didn’t step foot in a gym until after graduation, when she found herself missing movement and unsure how to prioritize her health.

For years, Taylor focused only on cardio and tried every fad diet imaginable, constantly chasing a smaller version of herself and hoping it would lead to confidence. She was stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle—restricting during the week, then bingeing on weekends—and felt frustrated that nothing seemed to work.

Everything changed when she discovered strength training and learned how to properly fuel her body. She began seeing real progress—both physically and mentally—and knew she had to share this with others.

Now, Taylor is a full-time certified personal trainer and online strength and nutrition coach. Her mission is to help women feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence through smart training and sustainable habits.

She never expected to end up here, but she’s so glad she did. She loves helping women step into the strongest, most confident version of themselves and making health and fitness feel empowering—not confusing. Are you next?
