Sarah Bomers
Coach Sarah is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer based in Denver, CO.
She believes nutrition, movement, and overall health should fit into your life and support the things you love. Her goal is to help people build sustainable habits that allow them to travel, spend time with family, pursue hobbies, and feel strong and confident in their bodies.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Denver and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She completed her dietetic internship at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she specialized in pediatric clinical nutrition and gained experience in adult clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, wellness, community nutrition, research, and more.
She is also a certified pre- and postnatal fitness specialist through PROnatal and specializes in strength training for women. She enjoys helping women feel strong, capable, and confident both in the gym and in their everyday lives.
Sarah grew up as an athlete, participating in competitive cheerleading and track and field, but it wasn’t until she found strength training that her passion for fitness really grew. She loved the confidence, independence, and sense of competition it gave her, along with the feeling of getting stronger both physically and mentally.
Today, Sarah is passionate about helping others discover the physical and mental benefits of strength training. She believes movement is a gift, exercise should be fun, and taking care of your health should make it easier to enjoy your life.
