About Broads

We are hiring a Sales Assistant to run our 15-minute Clarity Calls and serve as the first live touchpoint in our sales process.

This role is a triage position, not a hard-sell role. Your job is to assess readiness, deepen trust, and guide qualified leads to the next step when appropriate.

You’ll be taking all Clarity Calls off the founder’s plate, working closely with our DM setters and founder to ensure a smooth, aligned sales experience.

This is a part-time role with room to grow into a full sales closer position for the right person.

The Role

  • Conduct 15-minute Clarity Calls booked by our DM setters

  • Follow a proven call script while keeping conversations human and natural

  • Assess readiness, alignment, and next steps

  • Decide whether a lead should advance to a longer sales call

  • Clearly communicate expectations and next steps after each call

  • Track call outcomes and notes in our system

  • Provide feedback to the founder and DM team on lead quality and trends

  • Represent the Broads brand with empathy, confidence, and professionalism

What You’ll Be Doing

Compensation

  • $20/hour

  • Ability to take 3–4 calls per hour

  • $100 bonus for every enrollment that results from leads you advance

  • Opportunity for increased hours and advancement into a closing role

Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible, part-time

  • Evenings and occasional weekends required

  • Must be located within U.S. time zones

  • Ability to start quickly

  • Experience in sales, enrollment, or discovery/clarity calls

  • Coaching, fitness, wellness, or service-based industry experience

  • Previous client-facing or relationship-forward roles
