This is a part-time role to start, with potential for full-time as responsibilities grow.
Current support: ~10–20 hours per week.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ year experience in a marketing coordinator, operations, or assistant role
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written communication skills
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)

The Role
We are hiring a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution that keeps the team running and our marketing moving forward.
This is an execution-focused role. You are not responsible for creating strategy — you are responsible for bringing it to life.
You will work directly under our Marketing Manager (Emily), who sets direction and priorities. Your job is to move quickly, stay organized, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Handle a high volume of tasks without sacrificing accuracy
Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Turn around tasks in a timely manner and communicate proactively if blocked

What You’ll Be Doing
Project Management & Operations
Execute tasks in ClickUp across active projects
Follow established workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time
Support meeting scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups
Coordinate with team members to keep projects moving
Track deliverables and follow up when needed
Content Repurposing & Distribution
Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, emails, videos) into social posts and captions
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Maintain consistency with brand voice and formatting standards
Support execution of the content calendar
Marketing Execution
Assist in executing marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, lead magnets)
Work with the designer to ensure assets are created and delivered on time
Support email, social, and content rollout as directed
Ensure all pieces of a campaign are executed accurately
Systems & SOP Execution
Follow existing SOPs and workflows to complete tasks accurately
Help update SOPs based on execution feedback
Ensure work is documented and repeatable
Reporting & Admin Support
Assist in tracking marketing and business metrics
Maintain Google Sheets, documents, and internal trackers
Support organization of files, templates, and systems
Communication Standards
Provide regular updates on task progress
Communicate proactively if something is delayed or unclear
Ask for clarification when needed — do not guess
Be responsive during working hours and reliable with deadlines

Take on more ownership of workflows and recurring tasks
Increase responsibility across marketing execution
Become a key operator supporting the Marketing Manager
Schedule & Availability
Flexible schedule with core availability during U.S. business hours
Must be responsive and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be located within U.S. time zones

Experience

Familiarity with content repurposing workflows
Experience working with SOPs and systems
