When you join BroadsCOACH you get a fully personalized 4-month coaching experience built specifically around your body, your schedule, and your goals. That means a custom strength training program, nutrition guidance without calorie counting or food guilt, weekly check-ins, unlimited coach access, and a community of women going through the exact same thing. No more guessing or piecing together random workouts you found on Instagram. Someone tells you exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it... and then actually checks in to make sure you follow through.
On top of that, every month we host live group calls with guest experts or our coaches covering everything from perimenopause to sleep to stress management to hormone health, with specialists like dietitians, nutritionists, and doctors. And if you miss one or want to go back to something that was covered, you get access to the full library of past calls. If you are looking for a quick fix, a crash diet, or a 30-day transformation, we are genuinely not the right fit, and we will tell you that on our call. We only work with women who are ready to actually commit to themselves.

Honestly, it depends completely on you and your life. We have women doing two days a week with 30 minute workouts and women doing five days a week with 90 minute sessions. Everything in between exists too. Your program is built around your actual schedule… busy weeks, travel, sick kids, long work days, all of it gets accounted for every single week. Most of our clients are working full time, juggling everything at home, and still making it work.
And it is worth noting that BroadsCOACH is not ONLY about workouts. We implement lifestyle changes and habits that support everything else you have going on. The more you put into this, the more you will get out of it.

BroadsCOACH is a premium 1:1 coaching program and the investment reflects that. This is not a $99 PDF you download and forget about in three days. This is four months of completely personalized coaching, weekly accountability, unlimited support, and a plan built specifically around your body, your hormones, and your life. The women who join are done wasting time on things that were never built for them in the first place.
Our process starts with a free clarity call where we simply get to know you, your goals, and what has not been working. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we will set up a second call where we walk through everything, including exact pricing and next steps. We only move forward if it makes sense for both of us.
