Who You’ll Be Working With

When you sign up for this 3-month program, you’ll be working directly with Broads founder, Tara LaFerrara.

Tara is a globally recognized coach for women’s strength training with 12+ years of experience and 8+ years in group fitness and personal training on digital platforms. 

She is certified in olympic weightlifting, a NASM CPT, and specializes in corrective exercise, hypertrophy, menopause, and mobility & durability.

Whether leading a small group of women at her international fitness retreats to coaching one-on-one, her mission remains the same: help women own their strength, build confidence, and prioritize themselves. Now, through her Broads App, she’s bringing that same energy to online coaching, creating a community where women feel strong, supported, and unstoppable.
