Get access to a custom habit tracker integrated right into the app.

While goals are the big picture, habits are the daily actions that help you get there. Whether it’s hitting 10k steps a day or reaching 100g of daily protein, you can set your habits and check them off within the app.

Video Analysis and Feedback

Capture and upload videos of your workout form to get feedback from your coach.

Meet Your Coaches

Tara LaFerrara

Tara LaFerrara, owner and founder of Broads, combines movement with fun. A former collegiate track athlete, she now trains women worldwide. She’s certified by NASM (CPT, CES) and is a 200-hour yoga teacher with additional certifications in menopause, hypertrophy, kettlebells, mobility, and weightlifting. When she’s not focused on fitness, Tara loves traveling, eating, hanging with her dog, and pretending she knows how to dance.

Taylor McGee

Taylor McGee is a NASM-certified personal trainer and StrongFirst Elite instructor based in Philadelphia. A former dancer, she found her passion for fitness through weight lifting and kettlebells. Taylor helps women feel stronger and more capable, with certifications in Functional Strength and Conditioning, Pre- & Postnatal, and Precision Nutrition. Outside of training, she enjoys traveling, coffee shops, and DJing house music.

You can also share videos for form feedback and ask personalized questions related to your goals. These check-ins provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for you and your coach to work together toward your success.

  • Your workouts will be tailored specifically to your goals, experience level, and the equipment you have available. At BroadsCOACH, we focus on building strength and mobility, but we can also incorporate anything else you might need to reach your goals. Every workout is customized just for you.

  • Once you complete your consultation, we’ll match you with a coach who’s perfectly aligned with your goals and needs. If you have a coach in mind, you’re welcome to make a request. But trust us—the coach we choose will be the best fit for YOU!

  • At BroadsCOACH, our approach to nutrition is rooted in intuitive eating and mindfulness. We have coaches with nutrition certifications who can help guide you toward food freedom and fueling your body in a way that works for you. While we don’t focus on calorie counting or strict meal plans, we believe in providing you with the tools and support you need to feel empowered and confident in your nutrition journey.

  • Yes! All Broads, no matter the membership level are invited to our private Facebook community where you can chat about all things Broads! We also have specific Slack channels for like-minded women.
