Tara LaFerrara

Founder of Broads, lifelong athlete and personal trainer, Tara started Broads with the goal of helping more women get stronger. As NASM certified personal trainer, Tara has spent the last 12 years educating herself and supporting clients in achieving their goals. She has co-owned a gym, trained clients virtually and now developed Broads to expand her reach globally. What does she love? Strength training, mobility, yoga, olympic lifting and helping you become the best version of yourself.

Taylor McGee

A certified personal trainer and online coach based in Philadelphia, specializing in strength and conditioning, kettlebells, nutrition, and pre- & postnatal fitness, Taylor loves being part of the Broads team. She’s your ultimate hype girl, support system, educator, and friend, helping you cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry and come up with an effective and sustainable plan that works for you—for life.

Taylor Ferguson

She’s a Chiropractic Sports Physician with the motto “Chiropractic Care for the Active Person” — which fits right into everything we stand for at Broads. Her clinical eye, strength background, and movement-first approach are an asset to our clients. She’s run marathons, coached CrossFit and been a bikini competitor and she knows what it takes to achieve big goals. With expert coaching, science-backed strategies and hands-on experience, she’s literally dying to help you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
